Granada Hills Office and Storage
This family had just purchased their new home and needed more room. Specifically, they required a retreat for the man of the house where he could create, yet still be plugged in to the outside world.
Uppermost in their minds was that the new building would look as though it had been built at the same time as the original home. In keeping with that desire, we designed the exterior to reflect that charm using hand-cut stone, the same gable vents and roof slope, and mirrored the wide siding look with a Hardie 12” cedar mill product.
To make this space even more utilitarian, we were able to dedicate almost one quarter of the interior to provide secure storage accessed from the outside of the building.
