Kinney Avenue Area Addition
Built in an area that’s difficult to find buildable lots, this 6800 square foot home replaced two existing structures. The owner used every available flat surface on which to build. I was fortunate to be called in as contractor to add usefulness to the westward facing patios by adding foundation to the existing home and enclose the new space with custom sunrooms. I was hired by the builder as project coordinator on the original construction. In addition, I personally built the timber frame pergola completed in November of 2007. The owner continues to use Bear Flag for all his remodel needs.
