Lakewood Subdivision Remodel
This beautiful 2000 square foot home, located in the Lakewood sub-division off Capitol of Texas Hwy, needed to be opened up and brought up to code. The couple that hired Bear Flag Construction was very up front in letting me know they had sold their present home and must be in this one in two months. Working twenty-eight straight days, at the end of the time limit, we got it done!
Every square inch of wall surface was retextured, all floor surfaces replaced, and both the kitchen and baths were given a complete new lease on life. The existing cabinets had all new doors fabricated from hickory and the face frames were painted black. All the new cabinetry was also constructed of solid hickory.
