Southview Road New Home
We built this 3200 square foot home for a couple who lived right next door to this lot. With a growing family it was time to expand. Although the plan was simple and the budget modest, we decided that the best use of the space upstairs, created by the greater than normal pitch of the roof, was to add another bathroom and game room.
With all parties in agreement and with little to slow us down, the project was completed in four and a half months from lot clearing to the family moving in.
