Every new home, addition, remodel or the detached office you’d like to put in your side yard is unique. They have commonality, naturally, but this project is yours. You’ve spent a lot of time making decisions and choosing materials. Now is the time to select a general contractor. I have experience drawn from building homes into rock in the Northeast to resting a home on a fragile salt marsh just North of San Francisco. Having been a carpenter for twenty five years, I can appreciate the time it takes to build anything the right way. They’re aren’t any short cuts. Scheduling the trades needed to complete the project, on time and on budget, is perhaps one of the best rewards for Bear Flag Construction.
As my clients will attest, I personally spend a great deal of time on site. I’m as “hands on” as a contractor can be. I still enjoy getting involved in the final phases of the work and am often found at the power mitre saw cutting trim and casing.
